Ben and Holly Engagement Shoot
On Sunday the 14th of August I made my way to Knole Park and meet Ben and Holly for an engagement shoot.
I have known the couple for a few years and it was a a real pleasure to be able to celebrate their engagement with a shoot. We made sure we got to the location early and after a few posing tips I started to shoot the happy couple. I quickly released that the best photos were of them when they were relaxed and acting natural.
They are a couple very much in love and that simply shone through the photos. I really love the photos and I think it shows what a great couple they are. I look forward to photographing their big day next year.
The Wedding of Will and Kate.
On Saturday the 14th of August I had the honour of photographing the wedding of Will and Kate Schaper at The Blue Pigeons Hotel in the pretty Kent village of Worth.
I have known the couple for a few years and it was a a real pleasure to be able to be part of their big day. The ceremony took place in the gazebo situated in the beautiful garden. A wooden arch decorated and with flowers highlighted the entrance of the brides path, several chairs of guests lined the route and a very cute flower girl spread flower petals along the route. It couldn't have been anymore perfect.
It was a really relaxed wedding and perfectly tailored for the bride and Groom, from a cake stand filled with doughnuts instead of a wedding cake to sketch artist and photoboth to entertain the guests.
One of the highlights of the day and there was many, was the speeches. The first was a beautiful speech from the brides daughter Izzy, that had everyone in tears and and finished off the Grooms best man who had everyone laughing as he recalled stories from Will and his college days.
It was certainly one of my favourite weddings to photograph and I hope you enjoy the small selection of pictures from an amazing day.
Wedding of Rob and Charlie Ouzman
On Monday the 9th of August I had the honour of photographing the wedding of Rob and Charlie Ouzman at The Orchard Suite & Oak Rooms in Bearsted in Kent.
I was delighted when Rob and Charlie chose me to photograph their big day, especially as I had photographed the wedding of Rob's twin brother and new wife Kate a few years before.
The ceremony took place on the beautiful venue's water terrace, magical fairy lights and the sound of water fountains created a beautiful ambience.
The day was filled with love and emotion and I really enjoyed Rob and Steve's speeches which highlighted how close their bond is, I don't think there was a dry eye in the house.
Rob and Charlie are an amazing couple and their little boy George is really cute. I wish them all the best for the future.

The Wedding of Jake and Jess Powley
At the beginning of August I was lucky enough to photograph the wedding of Jake and Jess.
I have known Jess, and her mum Debbie, for many years and I felt really honoured to be a part of their special day.
On a sunny Friday morning I made my way to the Bull Inn in Chileshurst, to meet the Jess and her bridal party. The bridal suite was a relatively calm. The bridesmaids waited patiently, each in turn having their hair and make expertly done, while little Teddy played on the four poster bed.
Soon the car had arrived a stunning royal blue royals Royce and Jess made her way to the church. The service took place at The Holy Trinity church in Bromley a beautiful building. The service was a pleasure to watch and be record. From the church we all returned to The Bull Inn for food and drink as well as the speeches.
One of the highlights of the day was a speech by Jakes best man and brother who gave an emotional and heart warming speech about his brother and his new sister in law.
Once the tables were cleared and the Dj had set up came the first dance. I watched as the newly married couple, deeply in love moved and swayed. They were quickly joined on the dance floor by their friends in family a lovely thing to see. I packed my pages congratulating them once more and left leaving them to dance the night away.
